Beautiful shot Meghan.
I saw one this year too but my picture was soo fuzzy I didn't know how fast they were or how long I had to get the picture so of course I rushed and..i got fuzzbird...

I know exactly what you mean. Fuzzbird!!! They are fast.

I have 3 in my backyard...VERY territorial but they manage with 3 feeders.
I could of taken 1000's of great shots, but I shy away from the "feeder shot" I don't really like it.
This is the first time this season I have caught one of them on one of the actual flowers, and believe me there are plenty.
I guess they like my $9.99 feeder of they $100 of dollars in plants I have planted just for them  :roll:  :?

I'm going to be late for work one day bacause I just sit outside and watch them buzz around.
