Norm Murr's recent post inspired me to take a look for the Red-bellied Woodpecker in High Park. I observed a female on Spring just east of Centre. Could there be a pair? Also, in the same area, a Brown Creeper and both Nuthatches were present with a bunch of Chickadees. An abundance of Downy and Hairy Woodpeckers, as well. Lovely, sunny and very cold birding.
