Seen this morning at Colonel Sam - couldn't get close enough to the Pied-billed for a good shot.

Colours are really nice. Its hard to get decent shots on water, well done.

You and I have the opposite luck.
I can never get close to the Red Necked Grebes but have great luck with the Pied Billed.
You are just the opposite.
These shots are great Moira.
I think we should go together and combine our luck and get great shots of both birds.

Thanks very much Paul.
Meghan - We have been threatening to get together since I first joined this board and we both wanted to go to Amherst Island. We should make it work one day soon!

Wow, I really like the lighting and sharpness on the 1st picture. Amazing!

Nice shots Moira. The grebes are favorite of mine :)

I know it didn't work out last time...My fault completely.
This fall/winter we'll make it happen.
