I am not really looking for an I.D, so I did not post on the I.D page
I just really liked the way these shots turned out of this cute little bird.

The wing bands in the second picture says Eastern Wood Pewee. This one is a bit tricky has it has an all dark bill, which is usually a character for Phoebe, but immature Pewees can also have dark bill. Adult Pewees have a lighter lower mandible.
