Hi "Halton Hills",
To my knowledge, this picture was taken in Finland by Pekka Komi and originally from the Tarsiger site.
Unless you have information to the contrary, please respect the copyright.
Tarsiger.com is a Finnish birding website. Our target is to provide bird pictures around the world and recent observations of rare birds from Finland, Estonia and the Western Palearctic region. You can search the pictures easily and efficiently from our database. If you are interested in purchasing rights of a picture or willing to send your own recent rarity picture to our website - please contact via e-mail. Be sure to remember that all pictures are copyrighted by the authors and are not to be used without their permission. -Tarsiger team-

This was sent to me from a friend via email.
I'm sure it has been circulating for a while (Likely sent and received thousands of times)
There were no credits attached and the photos weren't marked.
I made no mention of any "credit" on my part or anyone else.
In fact.....how could I if I didn't have that information?
Just passing along what I thought were some great shots that might interest some people here.
These are the realities of the internet.
If you say it's Pekka's.......so be it........©Pekka Komi

This is the original link http://www.tarsiger.com/index.php?pic_i ... 1&lang=eng (http://www.tarsiger.com/index.php?pic_id=Komi1142612071&lang=eng)
I'll respectfully ask that you delete them and respect the copyrights of others.
"Realities of the Internet" is not an excuse.

Looks like the Eagle won.
Thank you for sharing.

I've replaced the original pictures with a link to the site. I believe that HH posted them with no negative intent, but since Kin was aware of the copyright and the request on the original site, I feel that this is the best compromise.
Amazing shots!
