Hi everyone. My mom was visiting today and we went walking at Lake Wabukayne between about 10:45 am - 12:15 pm. I'm totally thrilled to see that the male Wood Duck has returned and was swimming around the West (dock) end of the lake. Yippee!!! :D
Other sightings:
Cardinals (m&f) - lots
Chickadees - lots
Juncos - lots
Mallards (m&f) - lots
Red-breasted Nuthatches - lots
Robins - lots
Lake Wabukayne: NE corner of Glen Erin Dr./Windwood Dr., behind the condo and school.

Glad to hear he's back already. I was there Oct. 7th and there were only mallards and the birds you mentioned.

I was there on Oct. 7th as well - we probably just missed each other!
