Those are some fantastic pix...loved the shot with the GBH.

You know, I see a lot of deer b/c I have a small apple orchard and I leave the apples to the deer and the turkey...but I have only once seen a buck...those pix were thrilling -- seeing a buck AND the fact that it swam

Scale can be a bit tricky, but were the deer & the heron really that similar in size?
(Loved the shot of them both in the same frame.)

the deer was much bigger of course, but it sure doesn,t appear so,for some reason.call it optical illusion, for lack of a better explanation!

Thanks.

It looks like there is a turtle in the pic of the buck and GBH too! Beautiful pics!  :D
