Hey!
Spotted the ISS this morning at 6:45 am Looking North from Downsview. Sky was mostly clear it was heading East and visible for a long time.

.
I saw it too....... :D
I use this site........ http://www.n2yo.com/ (http://www.n2yo.com/) .......it gives visual real time stats.
You can set your Home Location......click on the "ISS (Zarya)" link ......and then select "5 day predictions"
It displays a chart with all the exact times of visible passes......along with the direction it will take.....all plotted on a map.
The key is to look at the "Mag" column......the lower the number, the brighter the view of the Space Station.
Anything lower than -2 and your in for a treat as there is no mistaking it as it makes its way across the sky.

thanx
That is a great link. The Nasa site used to have more features. I think they removed a bunch of stuff:(
At one point you could view an animated image of the globe and see all the sat tracks as they move around us. I can't find that anymore

Hey!
Spotted the ISS this morning @ 5:49 am directly over Downsview. It was visible for at least two minutes from my vantage point.
