Title: Peregrine Goes After Canada Goose
Post by: MEGHAN on December 14, 2010, 03:46:07 PM
Pretty overcast conditions and a long way out. But an awsome sight to see. To bad the photos didn't really turn out that well.
I don't think the Canada Goose knew what the heck was going on. But he got out of the way pretty quick. I've never seen a Canada Goose move that fast.  :D

Nice!
Not sure why he/she'd go after a goose with all those ducks around though!

Awesome! nice action shot. I spotted a peregrine by the hospital and I reported it to the Peregrine Foundation, they said they would keep an eye out
The ambulance guys are getting tired of cleaning up all the feathers in the bays LOL

No idea why this happened. Maybe the Falcon could sense something in the Goose we couldn't see.
But I do agree with everyone, that is was cool to see. Wish the shot had turned out better. But thrilling to say the least.
