Title: Coopers, Milton
Post by: Napper on January 19, 2011, 04:46:46 PM
It's probably sitting it the tree behind my house right now cause I saw it zoom past the front of my house just as I started typing.

As I was walking home from the GoGo bus stop at 4:10 pm , sleep still in my eyes. Something large cruised across the road just in front of me it.

The juvenile Coopers was only a few inches above the snow covered ground when it swooped up at the last second to land on a thick hedge along the sidwalk

in front of me.The House sparrows 30 or more that I have passed every day at the same hedge this month made some distress noises and the Hawk flew up

into 15 foot tall tree and re-composed itself. Hmm Know I know why the Sparrows hang out in that hedge.

I stopped under the hawk that seemed within reach and calmly asked it So what exactly are you  :?:

It appeared disinterested in joining in the conversation and promptly flew across the street and perched in a tall tree

Behind Sam Sherratt School.

Napper:)

p.s. It was cloudy, Slippery and it was snowing lightly (flowsnurries)
