Counted 25 Common Redpolls at the Visitor Center Feeders (Pinery Prov. Park) on Sunday 1/23/11

Hey Reuven .. I'm with you !  Have you checked Erindale lately?  I remember seeing some trees there with birch cones last summer.

There aren't very many birches at all in this area, but I've been checking them out (less recently because of exams though, I just finished my first of 4 this week.)
