The mute swan leading the scaup is great! I wonder what was happening there?

Nice capture of the mute swan landing. Funny shot with the mute swan leading the other ducks. Wondering about those 3 birds in flight? What are they? Scoters?

The scaup following the swan is great!
The birds in flight are gadwall
