Title: I am assuming a Common Redpoll...

I am assuming this is a Common Redpoll.  I saw 2 the other day out back; but only one when I get out there with the camera.  A Sharpie crashed the party first time around (hope he didn't get the second one).

Sure look like Common Redpolls to me ... lucky you to have them in your yard!!!  Looks like you've got winter females and a juvenile.  But ... I'm still new at this !?!?

The one on the left is a female House Finch.

Yeah, a treat for sure.  I've been waiting for them this year since the Pine Siskins showed up again.  Whenever Siskins are here, Redpolls follow along later in the winter.  Had 6 for a couple weeks a few years ago.
