I have had several Redpolls visiting my backyard for the last few days.  Yesterday they arrived in great numbers.  When looking into the trees behind my home with binoculars, I estimated there were easily 100 birds present.  No, that was not an exaggeration.  At one time, it looked like 50 or more were scratching around below my feeders.

Wow---- Those are beautiful shots
I had them in my back yard a few days ago, but I wasn't able to get shots like those.

These are outstanding shots. Very beautiful. I saw my first ones last weekend at Sam Smith Park, until Shrikey came and scared them off.
