Promised Joanne I'd post a pic from last week. Went there today and thought there was nothing where I had spotted this one before. As I was leaving, I happened to look up and there they were at the edge of the woods. Mr. and Mrs. He even had his way with her .. but I missed the photo op .. may be just as well. LOL

Heavily cropped .. focused on the one above , which I believe is the male as he's smaller and has darker eyes.

Thanks Sue. Cool photos. :D I'm thrilled to know the male and female are there again - and mating! I've only been seeing the male around. I was at Maplewood Park yesterday - no hawks and no activity at last year's nest. Perhaps that's about to change!
btw - I was at Lake Wabukayne on Friday and there was no "Woody". :(
