Was lucky enough to have this fellow fly over my head yesterday near the Humber River...

thanks, kindly bird photomen, I was lucky is all, that I was taking pictures of a fly-by mute swan moments earlier, hence the proper exposure...

Very nice shot. Yes .. having the setting right for the "Surprise" is fortunate.  I missed the op with a GBH on Tues. .. took off b4 could change shutter!!

also, I don't know much about this goose but hear he's a slight rarity in these parts? The crinkles on his/her neck are most intriguing, that much I do know...
