Title: Saturday - St Clair and Victoria Park - Mockingbird?
Post by: Jaedon on March 25, 2007, 07:44:06 AM
Well spring has definitely arrived.  I had a Red Winged Blackbird in my back yeard yesterday and although I did not see any I could hear the robin's singing to beat the band.  Grackles have arrived in full force and the Blue Jays are nesting while the cardinals song battle for territory constantly.

This little guy showed his face to me yesterday for only a few minutes.  If I am not mistaken this is the Mockingbird I have heard so much about form my neighbor.

That's a Mocking bird for sure. The white wing patch gives them away everytime.
