Saturday, March 24, took a quick trip down to the Leslie Spit. Among the usual suspects, found a Kingfisher off the point behind the bird banding station, and also found a Long Eared Owl. Found 4 LE Owls last weekend, and a mating pair of Kestrels.
In the Rouge Park area by Old Finch and Morningside, spotted some Eastern Bluebirds this morning. Had seen 4 a few weeks ago, and found them again in the exact same area (on private land). Also say a coyote.
The birds were having a wonderful time singing this morning! :D
