Title: Bellamy Ravine, Scarborough - April 2nd
Post by: Bluffs Birder on April 03, 2011, 09:38:04 PM
I went for an afternoon walk down the Ballamy Ravine trail on Saturday and saw 2 Garter Snakes, 3 Compton Tortoiseshell butterflies, and a White-tailed Deer.  Also seen earlier in the day were a couple of Mourning Cloak butterflies by Barry Harrison and Leon Schlichter - 2 gentlemen that really know their butterflies.
