My son sent me this link, does anyone here know more about it?

Btw, Megan, I assume that's your name in the list of photography contest winners; am I correct?

Hi Howieh,

This event will be taking place here in Grimsby at the Peach King Arena (Hockey Arena/City Hall).

The Canadian Raptor Conservancy, Travelling Reptile Show, and Muskoka Wildlife Center will be attending. Everything begins at 10AM, at 10:15 the Canadian Raptor Conservancy will have a presentation, at 11 the Travelling Reptile Show will have a presentation, and at 11:30 the Muskoka Wildlife Center will present. Various events will follow including an Award ceremony for the younger crowd, and after that until 2:30 the previous events, excluding the Awards, will repeat in the same order.

On Sunday, there will be a Nature walk up to Beamer. Weather pending, I'll try to attend both events, excluding walking with the Nature Group, although I would likely be at Beamer.... weather pending.

This is an indoor event, so weather will not be an issue. I'll be walking there, so I'll only be attending WEATHER PENDING.

If you can't attend this event, then another Raptor related event will be happening next Friday (Good Friday). That is the day of the Beamer Conservation Area/Niagara Peninsula Hawkwatch open house.  Weather pending, it could be a good Broad-wing day.
