Went to Algonquin park on Saturday March 31 on short notice and had an amazing day!
Highlights were my first ever Moose (2 of them ,mother and calf), 6 types of woodpeckers including my first Ontario Three Toed woodpecker and an extremely cooperative Black-backed woodpecker both at the Spruce bog, 4 spruce grouse in 2 diff locations, both Crossbills, Evening Grosbeaks, Pine Siskins and a flock of snow buntings at the West gate.
