This morning from 12:30-1:30am I heard a very loud Eastern Screech Owl calling in Turney Woods, Mississauga (my backyard, I could hear it from my room). This morning I went out searching for one and a half hours and could not find him :( Also seen this morning:
Golden/Ruby-crowned Kinglets
Pine Warbler
White-throated Sparrows
Swamp Sparrow
Song Sparrows
Brown Creepers
Hairy/Downy Woodpeckers
Northern Flickers
Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers
Red/White-breated Nuthatches
Hermit thrushes
Red-tailed Hawk (sitting in nest)
Sharp-shinned Hawk
