I saw a male Baltimore Oriole snatching bugs off the top of one of the Birch trees in the front yard today as I arrived home from work at about 7:30 PM. It's the first I've seen of him, but when I checked out the Oriole nectar feeder in the backyard it was empty, so either the Oriole was around earlier in the day, or someone else polished it off while I was at work. I live in Guildwood along the Scarborough Bluffs.

Cool! I swear I heard one in my area early this evening. Now I hope for a visual soon.
