Title: Mt Pleasant Cemetary - Connecticut warbler
Post by: tellin on May 18, 2011, 05:40:29 PM
I saw a Connecticut warbler in Mt Pleasant Cemetary today, about mid-way between Yonge St and Mt Pleasant Ave., along with a variety of other warblers.

Nice bird.  I got a northern waterthrush singing in the cemetery this morning 5/19.  It is about 200m east of the main mausoleum along the south wall.
And speaking of cemeteries, there was a field sparrow in the Necropolis yesterday, right in the middle.
