Title: Eastern Bluebird
Post by: worth on June 20, 2011, 06:34:19 AM
While out for a hike along the Don River East walking trail I came across a pair of Eastern Bluebirds using the newly erected nesting boxes. There is a large grassy area where they have put up a dozen or so nesting boxes of which most are being used by Tree Swallows. This area is on the portion of the trail that is between Finch & Cummer, actually closer to Finch, south of the Hydro right of way. This is between Bayview & Leslie.
