Title: Canadian Tiger Swallowtail or Eastern Tiger Swallowtail?

I'm just starting to learn my butterflies.......  is this a Canadian Tiger Swallowtail or an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail?  I'm using "Butterflies through Binoculars" by Jeffrey Glassberg and I leaning towards Canadian Tiger S. or "papilio canadensis" for those that speak Latin!  Thanks Terry
