Title: Police Lineup

The Crime - Grand Theft French Fry.
The Suspects - The usual, all were seen in the immediate vicinity around the time the theft took place.
 
Now, can you identify the alleged perpetrator?

I think the 'perp' was second from the left - he's long gone! :)
