Title: Bluff's Heron (tiny)
Post by: BoboBird on August 03, 2011, 07:27:20 PM
Went to Rosetta on Monday intent on exercising the wide angle. Was up at the fence framing a shot of the lake and saw something flying in from the east. Pushed the lens to its max and did'nt bother checking anything else and fired off a couple of shots. Why oh why did I slap on the wide angle ??????? Grrrrr

He was long gone by the time the long lens got re-attached. Needless to say, the wide angle did not go back on for the rest of the afternoon. He did not do a reverse flyby. :(

On the other hand, did get a couple of nice bugs and butterflies. :)

This is a composite of the 6 shots.

Hey, that looks cool.
Honestly, if it was me I'd say how I nailed a shot of 6 GBH's flying by in a row.  :D
But that's just me.
