That's a Red Squirrel and they are cheeky little buggers to say the least.

Right this Rosetta guy is Chippy.

There were a couple of Chipmunk's that were living at Rosetta McClain Gardens, not sure if they're still there or not. They were living in and around the round raised garden at the top of the hill where the rose beds are in the north east corner of the park. I saw them there in the spring.
The Red Squirrels dominate the park and size does not matter to them at all.
