Title: Hidden gem 2

Lucky encounter. 2 big ones and 2 small ones. There one day, all gone the next.

The one in 4 has a double right eyeball. How did that happen?

LOL. That was the only one with that strange capture. Don't think it is due to motion so cannot say how it happened. Pretty weird eh ?

Btw all the juvis are the same bird.

The double-eye effect I think is because we are actually seeing the inner surface of the cornea, which is reflecting the dark pupil.

Never thought of that. Now that you mention it - that does make sense.

Not just lucky to have these shots but how often do we see one like this? Very lucky!
