hate is a strong word, yes?

what if I told you that I watched it eat a fish from pretty much the same distance, and went snappity-snappity-snap! with my camera as it tried to check it back? :)
(I didn't like the sharpness of those pics, so i didn't post).

I got as close as 10 ft from it as it sat in a tree. shocked that a kingfisher let me near. so yeah, you may be overdue for a trip to Bluffers Park.

I hate you too and I did go to Bluffer`s Park.  They both just flew around up high.  But I will say WTG - it`s a good catch for sure.

Cool shot, he looks like he's playing peekaboo with you

I caught one at Bluffer's a short while back but not as close as yours. Had to stand on one of the pontoons for while pretending to be part of the scenery. Then one popped onto the railing of the adjoining one and I managed to snap a few. But with my 70-300 I was as usual 100mm to short hehe.

I hate you too, and I have never even been to Mountsberg.  You are sure living up to your name Mr. Sharp.
