Title: Pelee In The Fall
Post by: MEGHAN on September 30, 2011, 04:50:41 PM
Hey Folks,

Has anyone been out to P.P this time of year?
I have heard is is the same if not better than in the Spring.
The birds are not quite as colourful but they are more relaxed, not stressed,  exhausted or nearly dying due to starvation like what sometimes happens in the Spring.
I'd be interested in hearing anyone thoughts or stories about birding there at this time of year.
Thanks in advance.
Meghan

Fall is a good time to go. The birds are plentiful and the park is quieter. Holiday Beach, about a 45 min drive from the park, is phenomenal for raptor migration.
