I went out this morning to Humber Bay Park East and missed the Green Heron, but was rewarded by this guy!!He was easily shrugged off as a seagull...
seagull eh?...I kept thinking, that can't be right, it was too dark to be a gull!
This is a first for me and I was very excited.
Had to crop a fair bit so I apologize for the pixellation.

Great sighting nonetheless. And the picture in your mind will always be clear since this was a first.

Thanks Rob, it sure will, and I can't believe we dismissed it the first time and figured it was a gull, a large gull....but something in my brain said NO...its something else...I'm glad I did too!
