Had to work yesterday and today'(Sat and Sun Oct 15, 16)

Both days there were Killdeer and Red winged blackbirds at Downsview.

I dunno :?:

Friday there were Monarchs still flitting about

Had a few Red-wings in the backyard today.  They were eating from my safflower feeder.  I'm used to seeing them at this time of year, even up till December some years.  But not eating safflower.  Hmmmmm?  Lots of other food/feeders here for them.
