Title: Leslie Spit - bathrooms?

Hi folks
Can anyone tell me if the johnny-on-the-spot toilet palaces are still open at the L. Spit or have they shut them down for the winter?

They were still there last weekend.

they are open all winter, i believe.
i've used the one near the sailing club before.

I ask because my memory tells me that they locked them (or some of them) last winter, but then again my memory isn't worth much...
