Just after 3:00 PM while working out in the yard I heard the distant sound of a flock of Tundra Swans heading my way. They appeared from the north just over the house and were flying towards the lake. With light flapping and long glides it gave me the impression that they might have been dropping in altitude to land on the lake for the evening. Not sure but an early morning scan of the lake from Bluffer's Park or the top of the Bluffs might be worthwhile. The flock was 30+ birds strong.

Walter, this picture was taken a few days after you saw the Tundra swans, at Rosetta McClain.
