This morning while I was having my morning coffee, I looked out my back door and saw something out in the field,
when I took a closer look I saw it was a Ring neck Pheasant, it was a first for me. I was able to get a shot from my deck
but it was about 200 feet away, so I went out to try to get closer, but he had other ideas, disappearing in the tall grass. I couldn't find him, but while I was looking I noticed there were other eyes watching me from the tall grass.

Very cool Reg, especially from the backyard. I've seen 2 pheasants in the past few weeks - my first time as well. Is this the time of year for them? They are beautiful.
