Hi Everybody, just wanted to pass along the title of an incredible new book...I'm reading it now and it's a must-read for any bird-lover...

Atlas of Bird Migration by Jonathan Elphick

Published in 2011 but might have been out for a few months.. I just spotted it at Chapters the other day.  Cdn. price is $24.95... U.S. price is cheaper but don't get me started on that  :x ... Anyway, full of really interesting information, photos and maps... fairly technical details on migration.

I too have this book in my collection and yes it's very informative.  I received my copy as a Christmas present 2 years ago, a 2007 printing.  I wonder what they've updated in the new 2011 version.
