Three immature Black-crowned Night Herons were roosting in trees just south of the white bridge over Mimico Creek on the east bank.
A Northern Shrike was patrolling Colonel Sam Smith Park as was an American Kestrel. A flyover Cooper's Hawk was also seen. Several Red-necked Grebes were present but I couldn't find a Horned Grebe.
