Title: Coyote at Etobicoke creek
Post by: Gus on January 26, 2012, 04:07:33 PM
Hello. I took a brief walk along the creek at lunch time today and was able to get a brief look at a Coyote before it ran off. Surprisingly, it was smaller than I thought it would be. It has been a while since I've seen one.

Hi. I seen the coyote along the creek behind Trillium health centre. I would guess maybe two hundred feet south of the Queensway bridge along the creek.
I'm curious to know how often and if they cross the creek regularly. If they set up a den on one side of the creek do they tend to stay on that side the majority of the time or do they cross back and forth? If you have any insight that would be appreciated.
Thanks.
