Heard my first song sparrow on Mar 16th at Oriole park, now they are singing everywhere. I, too, saw a mourning cloak butterfly in the backyard, on Mar 18th and I have seen cabbage butterflies since then, during the hot weather.
I expect phoebes up next.
(I see someone has already seen phoebes and there are some sightings of killdeers.)
Yay.

Lots of killdeer and phoebes around now, my first killdeer was March 2 and my first phoebe on March 9 (but not a second until March 19)
