Post by: Bird Brain on April 19, 2012, 02:26:58 PM
Hi everyone.  This afternoon between about 1-1:30pm, I was at the West end of Lake Aquitaine - the dock area.  Sighted the following:

American Robin x 2 - 1 mom feeding 1 baby in nest.  Wow, mid-April!!!

Canada Geese
Cardinal x 1 (male) - singing up a storm!
Grackles
Gulls (mainly Ring-billed)
House Sparrows
Mallards
Red-winged Blackbirds (males)
Robins

Lots of butterflies:  Red Admiral and Cabbage White.

Lake Aquitaine:  SE corner of Glen Erin Dr./Aquitaine Ave., behind the Meadowvale Community Centre.
