Spotted today in the afternoon:
2 kestrels
1 or 2 Red-Tailed Hawks
A Harrier Hawk

I will post my pictures later.
Also we saw 4 red-tailed hawks along Hwy 7 near Bathurst.

The American Kestrel

This one looks like the Harrier's Hawk, but I am not 100% sure. It was too far to take a clear image and, honestly, from that distance I was thinking that it is the Red-Tailed Hawk with darker colouring

I think you are right with Northern Harrier, female/imm., with the white rump.

To be clear, male, female, and immature N. Harriers all have the white rump, but this definitely looks like a female.  The male would be grey more than brown and the streaking I think I see in the second picture rules out immature.
