I saw a very cool duck at Colonel Sam Smith Park this morning - an American Wigeon x Mallard hybrid. He was originally in the inner marina but then moved to the outermost bay on the east side of the park. I'll put some pictures in the photo section soon.

It looks just like, and is presumably the same bird as this one from March 2011: http://outdoorontario.net/birds/phpBB// ... =14&t=8410
This bird from February 2009 also looks very similar and may be the same one: http://www.treknature.com/gallery/photo198566.htm
Also February 2009: http://www.pbase.com/image/109519487
Possibly the same bird from outside Detroit in 2010?: http://www.flickr.com/photos/22374475@N07/4494170037/

Also:
1 Blue-winged Teal
1 Ruddy Duck
1 Blue-headed Vireo
1 Yellow Warbler
3 Palm Warbler
2 Eastern Towhee
2 Rusty Blackbird
