I was checking out the swifts at Toronto's major roost last night - impressive! The numbers are starting to taper off though so do come out to Moss Park tomorrow night, Wednesday, May 22, 8-9:30 pm and join Bird Studies Canada and Toronto SwiftWatch for our Swift Night Out. Help us count as hundreds of chimney swifts come home to roost, learn about SwiftWatch and enjoy the spectacle! The park is located on Queen Street East between Jarvis and Sherbourne. We'll meet on the west side by the tennis courts.

Have you seen a roost? Please email me at rebecca.torontoswifts@gmail.com but don\'t post the location! This species is threatened and relies on urban habitat.
