I'm curious what this thumbnail-sized butterfly is. It was very near Lake Ontario in Toronto in an area of milkweed, vetch, white sweetclover, yellow beach groundclover in bloom, beach willow, and goldenrod. Here is is perched on a milkweed.
I'm guessing Summer Azure for now, but would love the opinion of those with more experience.
