I saw that the TRCA is hosting a birdwatching hike at Claireville Conservation Area. Here is the information for it:
Introduction to Birdwatching

Welcome to the exciting world of birdwatching! Join us on a guided hike through Claireville Conservation Area to learn how to use binoculars and identify local bird species. A limited number of binoculars will be available, so please bring your own pair. This event will run rain or shine. Dress for the weather and wear appropriate foot wear.
