A couple of weeks ago, I had gone for a walk, then went down to sit on our river deck. We live on the Credit River in Caledon. Saw something coming up the river, at first thought it was a Canada Goose, but realized the wake was too large. It was a deer walking up the middle of the river. Sat quietly as it got closer. It went passed me and continued up the river. Know there are deer around, but rarely see them.
