Hi birders!

I went to Colonel Sam Smith yesterday morning at around 1o am, and was initially taking photos of robins on the tree top. All of a sudden, they fleed, and I saw a bigger bird among them. I think it's a cooper, it was about 3 metres away from me when it was the closest. He wags his tail when he was in hunting mood, and ever so vigilant. After he lost his element of surprise with the robins, he then tried to find out what was inside of the tree, but with no avail. He paid no attention to me, or a dog that was barking at me. Eventually he left.

I attached a couple of my 'better' pics. Maybe you won't agree it's a Coopers...

Thanks,
