Flycatcher and Woodpecker?

I may need some help with these. The first one looks like an immature Great Crested Flycatcher while the other one looks like an immature woodpecker but don't know which one.

Your first shot looks like a Great Crested Flycatcher ... the salient shape is unmistakable.
The second shot looks like an immature Red-bellied woodpecker.
Your ability to find subjects continually wants me to get out there.
